December 27 2017 - Here we go again!

So the time between finishing our last 12 months of leave and starting our next lot has flown by and we are now busily organising ourselves to begin our next adventure. This time we are exploring our own backyard and completing a "Lap" of this great, brown land of ours. We have no itinerary, alarms, set places to visit, though we do need to be back in 13 months.
I can't wait to begin, though I am not looking forward to saying goodbye to our Yogi Bear for this length of time. I know he will be well looked after during his own holiday with his grandies on the "farm".
I will endeavour to post here regularly and let you know where we are, where we have been and where we might head to next. Please feel free to leave us a message at the bottom of any post, rude and expletive rich ones are expected. You know we would take you with us if we could. In fact with the number of requests, we should have bought a clown car to fit you all in. However, we did manage to narrow the field down after a rigorous interviewing process and would like to introduce our companions for the trip. Their compact size certainly helped them over the line.

Pig "The farter" Pug and Giraffe or Giggles, as we have nicknamed him. Look out for them in photos posted during our trip.
