It was a slow old day today. After our late night and heavy walking day of 32 000 plus steps, we were in no hurry to do much this morning. When we got out of bed, we moved to sloth on the couch for the morning. We chatted to Chell and met Litsa, who stayed talking to us for awhile, when Chell took his bike down for its MOT. 

After Litsa left, we did some general bits that needed sorting, including organising our accommodation for Gatwick Airport next week and emailing Emirates. Chell returned and we sorted what we would do for the afternoon. 

We watched a squirrel eating left over rice out in the garden and then gathered our gear and made for Harpenden Common to check out the classic car and bike show. We thought it was a bit weird to be on a Wednesday, but it was obvious that not many work around here. 

We entertained ourselves for a couple of hours checking out the vehicles, as we wandered between them and the visitors. There were plenty of impressive cars and some questionable ones too. 

With it all checked out, we returned to Chell’s, happy to be lazy again and just recharge ready for tomorrow.
